This yard stuff is just too fun.  I'm pretty sure I have more pictures of my yard than my children this year. On my days off/after work this week I hauled dirt!  And was so happy about it.

 

Pink Trees and Raised Beds Layers

WE HAVE PINK TREES. 😍

The raised beds were so large, that we knew we couldn't just fill them with dirt.  So we started with sticks and wood and branches...from our yard and the Van Sickles!  Then we did layers of leaves that had wintered in the back garden.  Finally we did compost and dirt...pics of that to come!

I bribed Josh with McDonalds to go get his SIXTH GRADE SHOTS.  Yes!!!

Micah's second session with his 90+ Rec Team--six games this spring!  He got a lot better at passing this season.  He still made most of the goals...  :)

The beds are in!!!  And now to fill them...AFTER Jeff rests.  I'm so excited about these!!!
