The Rest of April

Katie and I created an peanut planter at Ritters...Josh's team played in Starfire State Cup...Uncle Matt completed another trip around the sun...some tennis, some track, some Jazz awards...we added the arch in the back garden beds...and Nessa looked good after her cut, as always!

 

Partial Solar Eclipse

On April 8, we experienced a partial solar eclipse! I had got all of my students prepped to watch it...some traveled further south to see it completely...the next solar eclipse for the US won't be until 2033...

Reunited, and it feels so good...

Nessa didn't get home from CAMPING with G'ma and Papa until Monday! We went to pick her up right away. Oh, the excitement!!!

 

Micah's 10-Yr Old Trip: Moab to Spokane, Insanity

We got up early and drove FROM MOAB TO SPOKANE in one day. Stops in Idaho Falls and Missoula to see our Alea! We were so crazy, but ready to be home. AN EPIC 10-YR OLD TRIP!!!

 

Micah's 10-Yr Old Trip: Canyonlands Nat'l Park, UT

We drove to our final Nat'l Park: 6/6 Canyonlands, on a very windy day! Note the dusty sky and flying tumbleweed in the pictures! The big kids ended up staying in the car at our little rock-scrambling outing after stopping by the Ranger's Station. We drove quite a bit of the park, seeing rock climbers and MORE RED ROCK.
