So...after a late night with the family huddled in the car, waiting for Avista to check our house out, due to a sour egg smell, we decided to replace the water heater. And Jeff had the vision to move the water heater to the other side of its existing place beside the furnace, so he had to knock down the opposite wall of the closet to create this rearrangement. This movement would allow him to put in a small closet in our guest bedroom, making it officially another room, in the eyes of real estate.
It was a great arrangement for the me and the kids! :)
