Hog Canyon Hike

Back to Spokane for the rest of spring break! Abbs caught a ride on the Genesee-Spokane shuttle.

And we wanted to get out in the GREEN!  Such a long winter had us thirsty for anything growing and the fresh mountain air.  So we headed to a new place for us--Hog Canyon is close to Cheney, and there was a waterfall that we were headed for.  Such beautiful canyon ground--we thought of G'ma Joan with all of the buttercups.

(Simba on Pride Rock?  He's getting too big!!!)

The boys were getting WAY too close to the cliff drop-off.

And of course, rocks had to be thrown.  Isn't that why God made them?

Micah loves maps!  He always wants to know where we are and where we went.  That's a Lochhead thing!

A road closed on our "loop trail" exploring...this spring!!!
