Before haircut...which I didn't know was happening...
...and after! He always likes to keep haircuts a big secret--I think for the surprise effect! He also took Micah to preschool on this particular Thursday morning, and I'm sure there were other shenanigans. His school was going to a play in the evening, so the teachers flip-flopped their work hours.
