Week #13 of Covid!

About this time we were thinking of putting our house on the market.  We'd been in our little Cooper House for eleven years and never thought we'd find anything better--we loved our neighbors, our backyard and deck, and our elementary within walking distance.  But finally, we thought we'd call our friend and realtor, Jon, to see what he thought.  We called him spur of the moment on a Saturday and asked him to help us see a few houses--then he came by to see what we had to do to put ours on the market.  We thought we'd have a lot to do, he assured us that we were closer than we thought. So...ready or not, we started the moving ball rolling.
One of our last projects was to finish the steps from the garage.  Jeff did a good job!

We visited GG and watched a little Spongebob with her--"I just love that Spongebob!" -GG

Thinking these two could use some Phase 2 haircuts!  :)

The kids and I made an overnight trip to the farm so that I could help G'ma Joan in her yard. I sent a sleeping setup pic back to Jeff.  :)  Then Grace got to stay for a few days, doing schoolwork online from the farm!

Mom and I did good work in her front bed!  Loved being in the green and dirt all day.

Came home to see a million peony buds waiting for me!

Our days filled with zooms and online work.  We were fading at this point in the year--June and week 13 were getting kind of old.

Travis had a birthday and he asked if the Lochheads could come over for dinner to celebrate!  Jonathan made the best homemade pizzas and the boys decided they were chicken fans.

The cutest birthday boy!  Travis!

And Micah is not afraid of Violet anymore, now that he has a dog.  :)

We went for a walk after dinner and the girls found a turtle!  We were busy returning it to its natural habitat.  :)

Maisy and Nessa meet!  Lots and lots of wrestling!

Gah, she's cute!

We were so sad this week because our neighbors started taking down SO MANY of the pine trees that were in view of our backyard.  It changed the feel of the backyard for sure.

Melissa and I had to adapt our balloon gifts for seniors...those sweet 2020 grads...

Grace got to spend some days at the farm with G'ma and Papa, and while she was gone, Josh and Micah got to go looking at houses with us.  We looked at several, and ended up finding our house on Lowe!

And we're loving our furry ball of fluff.  Lots of Avengers movies, lots of church services, lots of potty trips outside.
