Birthday Pottery

Stretching out the birthday celebrations this winter...I made garden stakes, Grace made a narwhal, Debbie did a bowl and Cassie did a plate for a wedding gift!

Giggles and Tears

March 13th giggles and tears.  March snow requires a different kind of winter endurance...

 And the snowy attitude carried over to Fizzie's that night--Gonzaga lost the WCC Championship Game to St. Maries--making them a 2-Seed for the tournament.  It was a sad day.  Katie asked how we were faring and I sent her the following picture, which says it all:  Jeff smirking in disappointment, Josh collapsed on the bar.

Micah Loses His Tooth. And it was EPIC.

Micah has been wiggling this tooth forever.  And ever.  So when G'ma Colleen texted one Thursday that Micah had finally lost his tooth, I wasn't too surprised.  I WAS surprised when Jeff called me shortly thereafter for Micah's medical insurance card--turns out, Micah had fainted at home this morning and wouldn't respond to G'ma so she called Jeff.  They took Micah into Urgent Care...and it turns out he had a vasovagal response to losing his tooth! So traumatic!!!  He decided that giving up his first tooth was just too much to ask of a 5 year-old.
