Well the best part of the weekend: Colin and Linnea surprised the kids! They're on their way to NYC...and after packing up their existence in LA, they made a pitstop to stay with their Spokane family for 4-5 days. It was AMAZING.

For Kai's birthday, we met them at Olive Garden! Kai had a rough spring, but it was nice to be able to celebrate with him on this night that he perked up.
We love this boy! We love how he loves to help...is quite the host...doesn't bat an eye tackling some physical labor project with his dad...drummer extraordinaire...Happy 9th Birthday, Kai Boom!
