Jeff and I decided to go visit Debbie and Randy in LA over a long weekend in October, since traveling to see them in the summer didn't work out. So my amazing mother said she'd take the kids to the farm for a few days, and even drove up to get them as we were leaving for the airport. And of course in our hurry, THIS happens to little Micah--a faceplate out of our garage door, leaving him scarred and upset. We were quite upset, too. But Mom distracted him with lunch and we whisked off--sped to the airport!--to catch our flight to CA.
We were happy to see Debbie and Randy and on our way home from the airport we stopped to eat.
We loved seeing their apartment...cute and familiar decor, bikes for Jeff drool, and pictures of our sweet children EVERYWHERE! We didn't have to miss them too much, thanks to Auntie!
Her friends were asking which of her Spokane friends were visiting this weekend and she would say, "You know the family on my fridge?" Ha!
They took us up to their roof common area that night--loved seeing the night lights in my jams!
