Mom came up for her annual appointment the first Monday in December and Katie and I took the day off to shop with her! I had to show her the new At Home store--she was impressed!--and we ate lunch at The Mustard Seed and shopped the mall. It was SO FUN to be just us girls. Next year we're inviting Kelly along! AND, all was clear with Mom's annual checkup. She's been cancer-free for TWELVE years, so they said that if cancer comes again it will not be considered a recurring cancer. This is good news!
