SNOW DAY!!!! (for Mead...)

We woke to half of a foot of snow!  Of course Mead cancelled school for the day--along with CV, WV, Deer Park...and late starts for everyone else...EXCEPT NMF!  I had to brave it to work...I drove Francis, all the while not believing that we weren't even a late start!  Crazy.  Jeff got the day off with the kids, which led to the library and the sledding hill.  Of course Travis and Aiden and Nick tagged along.

 

And the craziest thing about this snow day?!?  Mead didn't have any snow make-up days built into their schedule this year (I think they were planning to pivot to online learning on snow days but that didn't work?) so this little day in January moved the last day of school to A HALF DAY ON MONDAY, JUNE 20.  😳
