Odie-O Day to Play

We were so excited to have a play morning with Oden while his family was coming home from the hospital...
Oden got to ride in "Aunt Ellie's Big Blue Van"

Joshy found out that Oden loved Clifford, so he insisted on giving him the Clifford that he "didn't use as much anymore."

 Backwards scooting under the crib

Oden loved  the tractor that "goes" by itself.  He kept going from one battery-operated toy to the next, asking how each "worked."  I love how curious he is about how each car or toy functions.

 Overalls are really cute…

…REALLY cute…until you have to change a diaper.  Then they're totally overrated.

 Trikes…

…lawnmowers… (I absolutely LOVE this picture!)

 …sandboxes…

…playforts under the deck…  We fit a LOT into a couple of hours.  :)

And then we picked up Josh from preschool and took Odie back to Slick and Twinkles' house.  We had so much fun with this boy!  We taught him how to say, "Silly fruit leather," and all sorts of other mimic-y words/phrases.  He came over more recently and told his parents that Aunt Ellie has "too many cars--just like Bama."
