Gracie got to go to "Daddy and Me" overnight camp at Camp Spaulding on the first weekend of summer. This was her second time at camp and she loved it! Quiet and "all-eyes" in groups, Daddy said, but then she talked about how much fun she had incessantly.
Meanwhile, Mommy had to find something "FUN" for Josh and Micah and I to do on the evening that Gracie and Daddy were gone. The answer to this predicament is ALWAYS Kai's house, in Joshy's opinion. So we joined them for dinner and outdoor play. Joshy ended the night by being catapulted off of the trampoline and scraping up his lip, but only a mom who was trying to load the car without the help of a daddy would remember that.
It was funny to watch both Grace and Josh as they were away from each other for 24 hours. Jeff said that Gracie kept picking out things at camp that Joshy would like, and I noticed that Joshy kept mentioning Grace and wondering what she was doing at camp. They fight like siblings and love like siblings. :)
