This day started out with Grace and Daddy heading back to Hurricane Ridge to get her sweatshirt! They took off early, and had to wait for the gift shop to open, so they hiked a bit. And then when they got in, her size was missing and the one that would work had a big marker stain on the front. So...all was not lost. These two had some great father-daughter time.
We went out to the Wildlife Refuge...a little hike, some education, a windy hike out on the spit...some head space meditation time...although the kids were whiny, we made it! I think we're getting tired of vacation pace at this point.
Julz was determined to have s'mores for the kids! We didn't want to do a fire outside, so she used the stove's flame!
